Create and Start the windows server VM in proxmox

Walk through windows server Installer

Install virtio scisi drivers

Update the windows server host to the latest version

Run c:\windows\system32\sysprep\sysprep.exe to prep the system for being cloned as vm templates

Copy ssh key into vm

Convert to template
